Itinerary Discrepancy Policy
When booking your reservatons through UNIGLOBE Five Star Travel, we make every effort to insure the accuracy of each itinerary. Every reservation is recapped to you or the person making the reservation and then it is subjected to our strict Quality Control procedures which are personlized to each client based on thier needs or requirements.
Immediately after your reservations are issued a copy of the itinerary/invoice is emailed to you or your designated travel coordinator for verification. If by some chance there is a discrepancy on your itinerary you should notify our office immediately but no later than 24 hours after your reservations were issued in order for us to make any necessary corrections. Failure to notify our office within the required time could result in your being charged additional costs such as change fees, canellation penalties or fare increases.
While errors are almost non-existent due to our Quality Control procedures we can't say they have never happened. In our experience the most common error however infrequent has been incorrect travel dates being booked. Unfortunately there is no system that will catch this type of error other than you. By taking a moment to verify your travel plans immediately upon receipt of the confirmation a more serious and costly situation can be avoided.
